PYC’s Summer Singers Day Camp is the perfect opportunity for young singers to learn the basics of music education and group singing in a fun environment. Campers do not need to have any prior music or singing experience to participate.

During camp, they will learn from our talented music educators, make new friends, and fall in love with choral singing!

Singers will also have electives on ukulele, creative movement, acting, dance, performances, and more!

  • Standard Registration Price: $365

    Currently enrolled PYC singer Price: $340

  • Pittsburgh Youth Chorus requires a payment to be made at the time of registration in order to hold your child's spot. Your family has two options:

    1. Through May 1, you have the option to make a nonrefundable $35 deposit. The remaining balance ($330) is due by May 12, 2025.

    2. Payment in full ($365). If you choose to pay in full at the time of registration, a deposit is not required.

  • PYC never wants financial barriers to prevent a young musician from participating in our programs. That is why we are offering tuition assistance for families who may need financial aid.

    Tuition assistance applications will close on May 1, 2025. You will receive an email with your scholarship award amount during the week of May 5th.

  • May 1, 2025, is the final day to receive any type of refund for a camp cancellation.

    Prior to May 1, all cancellations will receive a refund up to the full price of the camp minus a $50 cancellation fee.

    After May 1, there will be no refunds issued for a canceled registration.

  • No, singers will need to bring their own lunch and a water bottle with their name written on it.
