Jamie Davis is a middle school choral director at Ingomar Middle School in the North Allegheny School District. She is a Pittsburgh native and a graduate of Duquesne University holding both a bachelor’s degree in Music Education and a master’s degree in Piano Performance. During her twelve-year career at North Allegheny, she founded the extracurricular select ensemble IMS Voices, vocal coached several high school musicals, and accompanied numerous ensembles and soloists throughout the district. She proudly shares a personal connection with Pittsburgh Youth Chorus, having served as a graduate intern in 2011 and then working on staff as the Bel Canto and Talisman accompanist through the 2018-2019 season. She happily returned to the team in 2023 after having her two daughters, Chloe and Vivian. Jamie is an active member of the Pennsylvania Music Educators’ Association and the American Choral Directors’ Association. She also continues to perform as an accompanist when available.
